International

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs. If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at support@valeriandream.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
